You don't have 16 hour work days, nor the responsiblity of flying people under various different weather conditions. There are, at all times, 3 people on the plane who can fly the plane solo and communicate with Air Traffic control. They NEED to alternate sleeping times.

The question should be if it is constitutional or not. It's not a question of racism. This is unresonable search. and seasure.
